Local governments recognize the benefits of IoT infrastructure to enhance their communities and the deliver better government services but may struggle to timely implement innovative technologies.  A Public/Private Partnerships (3P or PPP) is the key mechanism for timely delivering the promise of innovation while addressing the risks for the government.  Innovative vendors and progressive cities discuss how they worked together address the myriad legal and technical hurdles in successful implementations.
