    You must place a call to our 800 number, 212.824.5710 (4754) or 212.824.5710 so we can issue a call tag for the return of the book and route it properly. Returns made in any other manner are not traceable and the invoice will remain open.


  • Are the updates to treatises free?

    If the supplement or new edition is released within 90 days of the original purchase date for your treatise you will only pay our standard shipping and handling charge, the supplement or new edition is free. After the 90 days have passed you will be charged per supplement, per edition. These prices vary depending on the update.

  • Does PLI have a Scholarship/Financial Hardship Policy?

    Yes. Full and partial scholarships are available for judges, judicial law clerks, law professors, law students, attorneys 65 or older, law librarians, attorneys who work for nonprofit organizations, legal services organizations or government agencies, and unemployed attorneys. Scholarship applications must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the Live Seminar, Webcast, or On-demand web program you wish to attend.
